Kristin Craig is a Life and Emotional Wellness Coach dedicated to helping individuals
build healthier relationships, strengthen emotional resilience, and navigate life’s
transitions with confidence. Rooted in a deep sense of empathy, Kristin supports clients
in developing emotional regulation skills, cultivating mindfulness, and creating
meaningful, lasting change.
Kristin earned her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, graduating magna cum laude, with
a Minor in Criminal Justice from Arizona State University. She also completed a
certificate in Domestic Violence and Evidence-Based Practices at ASU, and is a proud
member of the Phi Alpha Honors Society, Tau Sigma Honors Society, and the National
Society of Leadership and Success. Her academic foundation and lived experience
shape a coaching approach that balances compassion, clarity, and practical tools for
growth.
Kristin specializes in healthy relationships, stress management, motivation, trauma-
informed support, and emotional wellness, working alongside clients to help them feel
seen, supported, and empowered to move forward. With a warm, friendly style, she
creates a safe environment where individuals can reconnect with themselves and build
the life they truly want.
